Downton Abbey seems really bad.
The staff are all mean-spirited and judgmental. Must be in such a shitty mood from cleaning such a large house. And the owners and their friends also spend a great deal of time talking, sitting, eating and walking about somewhat pissed off. And they seem to use the term “bastard” often and in many different ways.

I had read in the trades about how Best Buy was not delivering on online purchases. Then I received this note on the DVD I ordered TWO MONTHS prior to my son’s birthday.  Whatever. Such a joke. I find it pretty awesome that the reported resolution to the NBA work stoppage is not making huge headlines on ESPN.com and other media outlets. I hope people have discovered other diversions of more importance as well as other ways of spending hard-earned money other than supporting basketball players.
