My Love Note from Best Buy
I had read in the trades about how Best Buy was not delivering on online purchases. Then I received this note on the DVD I ordered TWO MONTHS prior to my son’s birthday.  Whatever. I thought the best part of the email notification was receiving the cancel email the day after Christmas. Glad I wasn’t depending on this for the holidays.  I placed the order 11/15/2011. ...
